Talks that land,
and people act on.

Something happens in the first moments of a Rebecca Chabot talk that changes the atmosphere in the room. And by the end, everyone leaves with something they can do tomorrow. Rebecca speaks on the science of adapting: how humans navigate stress, shift belief, build habits, and change the way they think. Choose a signature talk, or let’s shape something for your event.

Formats: keynote · half or full-day workshop · conference MC · on-site wellness session.

Speaking FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Rebecca speak about?
Adaptability, through a science lens. Her signature keynotes span the science of adapting, identity, stress tolerance, happiness, mindset and momentum, all tied together by one idea: your brain is built to change, and adapting is a trainable skill.
How long is a keynote?
It is flexible. A keynote usually runs 30 to 60 minutes, and every talk also works as a half-day or full-day workshop. Rebecca will shape the length to your run sheet.
Can Rebecca tailor a talk to our event?
Yes. Every talk is shaped to your audience and the outcome you want, and she can build a bespoke session around a theme you already have.
What makes her talks different?
Every session opens with a short guided practice and ends with one thing the audience can do the next day. It is science made doable, never clinical and never woo woo.
Does she travel, and can she present online?
Rebecca is based in Tasmania and speaks across Australia, in person or online.
How do we book her?
Send a short enquiry with your event details and Rebecca will be in touch personally.
