Where science meets real life.

I’m a PhD ecologist applying neuroscience research to the most pressing challenge of modern life: how do humans and organisations thrive when change is constant — whether that change is intentional or imposed?
I translate what the evidence actually shows into strategies you can use today. Not wellness trends. Not generic advice. The science of how humans genuinely adapt, perform, and flourish — grounded in ecology, neuroscience, and 27 years of applied practice.
Behind the science: an MSc in Biology, a BSc in Biochemistry, and nearly three decades teaching mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and yoga across Australia, North America, India, and Indonesia.
The science is real. So are the results.

Adaptability runs through everything I teach.
Stress, mindset, habits, happiness, brain health — each topic is a mechanism of adapting. And underneath all of them is the same science: neuroplasticity. Your brain is not fixed. It is built to change, to rewire, to update — at any age, in any circumstance.
That means adaptability is not a personality trait you either have or don’t. It is a skill. And like every skill, it can be learned, practised, and strengthened.
That is The Science of Adapting.
From ecosystems to organisations.
With a PhD in Ecology from the University of Tasmania and over 25 years translating scientific research into practical application, I’ve spent my career studying one thing: adaptation.
How ecosystems respond to environmental change. How brains rewire through neuroplasticity. How humans build resilience. How organisations develop the adaptive capacity to thrive through transformation — not despite change, but because of it.
The science has always pointed in the same direction. Rigid systems collapse. Adaptive systems endure.
Real science, not wellness trends.
I work with high-performers, leaders, and organisations navigating relentless change. My approach combines scientific rigour with practical application — evidence-based tools for sceptical, analytical thinkers who need strategies grounded in real science, not wellness trends. Programs I deliver create measurable results: 25–30% reductions in stress-related absenteeism, improved retention, enhanced performance — and long-term adaptive capacity at every level.
